About

My photography is primarily about walking and documenting my passage through a chosen landscape. I use the combination of walking and photography to study and interpret the topography of a place whilst considering the way in which it has an affect on the emotional state of the individual. I am predominantly drawn to ordinary and everyday locations in order to tell their untold and often ignored story. I am currently involved in a long-term project exploring the south coast of England.

I originally studied Painting at College and Illustration at Southampton Solent University; I then went on to graduate, with a degree in Fine Art Documentary Photography at LJMU. I am now based in Brighton, UK, and am currently studying on the Photography MA at the University of Brighton.
